How do the Magnet Series Journals work? By creating a fun, easy-to-use structure that takes you through the three stages of the attraction process:

The Magnet Series Journal Practice uses exploration, repetition and feeling good to alter and expand what you are able to attract into your life. The journals do this by presenting a series of questions in the area you are exploring. You'll answer these questions in writing in your journal a few days each week for about a month. Working with the Law of Attraction, your journaling will build new habits of thought that will produce new results.

This question is designed to get you present to the value of being happy, joyful and relaxed. The prevailing thinking is that happiness is a by-product of producing a result. However, contrary to this popular idea, being happy and relaxed can actually produce results, because in that state you are not resisting anything, and what you want to produce can happen with ease.
This question is an invitation to notice where being relaxed and happy has produced desired results in your life. Look at everything from a productive day at work to gaining a new client while enjoying a fun evening with friends. Exploring this question for 30 days or more will build a strong case for the power of living life relaxed and happy, while at the same time melting away any doubts you may have about the value of looking for opportunities to be happy.
